 Coaching develops potential, improves performance dramatically and puts individuals on the right path. This happens through developing personal wellbeing skills, increasing self-awareness, improving resilience, clarifying purpose and values, improving decisiveness and decision-making, increasing adaptability and improving communication and relational skills.

Meeting time and location for consultations for coaching and consultancy are flexible. I adapt the way I deliver coaching to suit your environment, needs and schedule. I am experienced in coaching both face to face (Gold Coast) and via telehealth (nationwide). The choice of technologies for coaching remotely can be determined by your needs.

For behavioural change, mental improvement and learning to occur, I typically recommend a minimum of 8 to 12 coaching sessions, with each session 1 hour. Sessions are scheduled on a weekly to monthly basis, over a 4 to 12 month period depending on your availability and needs.

Fees for wellbeing coaching are determined by the location, day, time, and length of our sessions.
